Inventory Planner

As the Junior Merchandise, you will work closely with factories and suppliers in China to better serve customers in US, especially for The Home Depot and LOWE’s. You are required to be Role models exceptional customer service, result oriented and think in terms of progress toward goals. Expected Tasks:

1.Make a safety inventory plan based on sales trend, sales demand and lead time. Propose the procurement and replenishment need based on the inventory level.

2.Cooperate with 3PL to put the products in storage based on sales order. 

3. Make an order and inbound and stocktaking in SAP.  

4.Monitor the inventory in time to make sure the inventory turnover and fulfill rate of sales .

5.Cooperate with 3PL to deal with Inactive and defects Inventory, rejected goods and inspection, as well as implement stocktaking to check the data align with SAP.

6.First in , first out and inventory scrap management to cooperate with sales plan.

7.Evaluate the efficiency and cost of 3PL based on the inventory and revenue of company, making the improvement actions.

8.Settle the expense and implement the stocktaking , allocation, transfer etc.once we terminate the cooperation of 3PL

9. Continuous improvement of the inventory management.

10.Make and review the inventory report .

Profile Required:

1.3-5 years of inventory and Domestic fulfillment experience , previous experience with 3PL and Direct Import is beneficial.

2.Communicate with overseas factories.

3.Ability to use WMS and SAP .

4.Bachelor or above in business admin, supply chain, or related

Salary: 5000-5500/month,Benefit: Healthcare, KPI Bonus etc.
