Schedule: Part-Time (20–31 hours/week) or Full-Time (32–40 hours/week)

Pay Range: $15–$19 per hour, DOE

Hours: Vary during clinic hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–8:30 PM; Sat, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM)

About the Role

The OCD Relief Clinic is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and playful Childcare Staff Member to provide safe and engaging care to children while their caregivers attend treatment onsite. This position is an integral part of our supportive environment, helping to remove barriers to care by offering families convenient, trustworthy childcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for up to five children at a time during 60–90 minute treatment sessions

• Maintain a nurturing, inclusive, and emotionally safe environment

• Provide age-appropriate activities to keep children engaged and entertained

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times

• Communicate clearly and kindly with parents and clinic staff

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the child care area

***Note: This role does not involve toileting or diaper changing duties.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with children and able to engage with a wide range of ages and needs

• Dependable, punctual, and calm under pressure

• Able to work independently and follow safety protocols

• CPR and First Aid certified is preferred (training will be provided if needed)

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $15–$19/hour depending on experience
