Pinnacle Staffing is in search of a Entry Level Machine Technician for a plastics manufacturer based in Lawrence, KS. Candidates with physical labor backgrounds in manufacturing, construction, automotive, farming & landscaping would be desirable skillsets for this role.

2nd and 3rd shift available

Responsibilities include:

- Operate production equipment to maximize line efficiencies

- Troubleshooting machinery issues & performing minor repairs

- Communicate with necessary departments on heightened maintenance issues

- Conduct duties with a safety mindset to ensure proper procedures are followed

Qualifications:

- Mechanical aptitude & technical experience

- All candidates will complete a mechanical skills assessment at the time of interview.

- Ability to work independently in a team-friendly environment

- Detailed organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
