Full-Time Personal Injury Case Manager
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
We are a fast-paced, high-volume law firm seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, are detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping clients navigate their legal cases, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury cases from start to finish in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and attorneys, ensuring clear, timely communication.
- Provide administrative support, including organizing case files, drafting correspondence, and filing legal documents.
- Ensure clients are informed of case progress, and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and other staff to streamline case management processes and maintain efficiency.
- Help coordinate medical records, insurance claims, and other necessary documentation for each case.
- Manage a large caseload while maintaining attention to detail and quality service.
Qualifications:
- Full-Time Availability: Must be available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
- Experience: 1+ year(s) of experience in personal injury case management or as a paralegal.
- Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple cases at once.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Multitasking: Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively while maintaining high standards of client care.
- Client-Focused: Must demonstrate a high level of customer service and empathy while handling sensitive legal matters.
- Bilingual: Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred, but not required.
