Our client, a leading counseling firm, is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join its team. The position is entirely remote, and the pay rate is $50-$80 per hour.

Job Description

Consult and advise the agency on the following to ensure the program's integrity:

• Review and analyze individualized service plans and assessments, which may require signatures. 
• Analyze available data as needed to help determine where, when, and why problem behaviors occur.
• Provide staff with training as needed to ensure growth in knowledge of new and current techniques. 
• Provide consultation and feedback on relevant cases to ensure behaviors are addressed through supervision. 
• Provide direction to observe or conduct observations of the individual served in all relevant settings. 
• Provide clinical supervision (individual or group) to staff working cases within the program. 
• Credentialing with individual Managed Care Organizations may be necessary. 

Minimum Training and Experience:

• Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Behavioral Analyst (LBA) or Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) or Board-Certified Associate Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA) certification required. 
• Bachelor's degree in human services (or related major)
• At least one year of experience completing comprehensive functional assessments and behavioral support plans
• 2+ years of experience serving individuals with lifelong disabilities

Additional Notes

• BCBA certification or LBA and autism experience  
• Must be licensed in Virginia  
• The position is fully remote and you will not be working with clients at all you will be overseeing direct support service providers who will be working with those individuals in the home. 
• This is a new program that they are starting, and are looking for a person to help build it. It is part time to start but as the program grows, there is potential of converting this person into a full time salaried role
