We are a small Industrial piping contractor looking for an energetic team player to act as a Field Service Coordinator. Your roll will be to support the Field Technicians and coordinate with the customers.

Responsibilities Include:

- Answer phones

- Schedule jobs

- Organize day to day Technicians schedules

- order parts & materials

- Manage all paperwork pertinent to the job (time sheets, service reports, job costs, purchase orders, etc.)

- Write basic quotes

- Use Quickbooks Online to track all job info

- Interact with customers to ensure good quality and experience
