Journeyman and Foreman Plumbers needed for various commercial new construction projects in the Strongsville, OH area. 

Foreman duties: You must be proficient in all phases of plumbing. You will be overseeing 2-3 journeymen plumbers/apprentices and working your tools. You will be roughing in and installing underground DWV PVC and no-hub cast-iron piping up to 6". You will also be installing PEX, CPVC, and copper piping up to 2" too. You will also be trimming out this jobsite too; setting toilets, lavs, urinals, mop sinks, etc.

You must have all basic hand tools and may be required to pass a drug test and background check upon arrival.

Payrate: Journeyman up to $38/hour, Foreman up to $44/hour
Per diem: $110/day
Hours: 45/week
Duration: 4 months
