We’re hiring experienced and certified Forklift Operators to join our client’s fast-paced warehouse team in Wright City, MO. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a leading beverage company. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and ready to grow in a long-term role—we want to hear from you!

Shift & Schedule:

• Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour night shift)

• Schedule: Continental (Work every other weekend; off two days per week)

Orientation Details:

• Date: Friday, August 1, 2025

• Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Location: Truesdale, MO

✅ Requirements:

• Valid OSHA Forklift Certification

• Experience operating sit-down forklifts (propane/electric, single/double fork)

• Steel-toed boots or shoes

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends

• Must pass E-Verify, background check, and drug screen

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move materials

• Load and unload trailers, pallets, and containers

• Wrap, stage, and prepare outbound shipments

• Use RF scanners and follow inventory procedures

• Perform daily equipment safety checks

• Support general warehouse functions

• Collaborate with team and supervisors

Preferred Experience:

• Previous forklift operation in warehouse or manufacturing

• Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory software

• Ability to lift/move heavy items safely

• Bonus: Experience with additional material handling equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
