Key responsibilities

Financial Management: Overseeing the clinic's finances, including billing, collections, insurance claims, and budget management

Administrative Management: Ensuring efficient daily operations, staff coordination(including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation)and smooth patient flow.

Patient Engagement: Handling patient scheduling, insurance verification and benefits explanation, collecting co-pays, and out of pocket expenses, and addressing billing and other inquiries.

Referral Management: Tracking referrals, maintaining patient and data records, and coordinating with insurance providers and other healthcare entities.

Compliance and Ethics: Upholding healthcare regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all aspects of clinic operation.

Required skills and qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in medical billing (preferably in physical therapy), along with experience in an office management or supervisory capacity.

Billing Expertise: Strong understanding of medical billing software and procedures, including experience in insurance authorization, claims submission, and resolving billing issues.

Leadership & Management: Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing staff, driving operational success., and fostering a positive  work environment.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication (both verbal and written), active listening and strong interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, and insurance carriers.

Organizational Skills: High level of organization skills, attention to detail,  ability to prioritize tasks, and manage a busy office environment.
