Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Certified Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating both sit-down and stand-up reach forklifts and demonstrate experience with RF scanning systems. In addition, the candidate must be able to pass E-Verify and successfully complete a background check. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and a positive work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up reach forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Load, unload, and move materials and products throughout the facility.

• Utilize RF scanners to track and locate inventory accurately.

• Perform routine inspections of equipment and perform minor maintenance as needed.

• Ensure that all products are handled in compliance with company safety and quality standards.

• Maintain an organized and clean workspace to reduce hazards and increase efficiency.

• Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing required protective gear and following warehouse rules.

• Assist in organizing stock and ensuring proper placement of products.

• Perform inventory counts and update records as needed.

• Work effectively with team members and other departments to achieve operational goals.

• Participate in training programs and stay up to date on forklift operation standards and safety practices.

Requirements:

• Certification as a Forklift Operator is required.

• Proven experience in operating sit-down and stand-up reach forklifts.

• Strong RF scanning experience and proficiency in using RF systems to track inventory.

• Ability to pass E-Verify and undergo a background check.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and safety protocols.
