What We’re Looking For

We are currently seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Newbury Park, CA. Whether you're an experienced pediatric PT or a motivated new grad, we offer a structured, flexible opportunity that encourages both personal and professional growth.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate children’s motor function, strength, balance, and coordination

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to support gross motor development and mobility

• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members

• Maintain timely documentation using a therapist-friendly EHR system

• Participate in clinic meetings and contribute to team-wide communication

What You’ll Need

• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy

• Active or eligible California PT license

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills

• Experience in pediatrics is preferred but new grads are welcome

• Comfort with electronic health records and digital tools
