Healthonomic Primary Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our outpatient team in Orland Park, IL. What You’ll Do

Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for patients
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Promote wellness through preventive care and patient education
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality, coordinated care

Requirements

Current, unrestricted Illinois APRN license and Board Certification in Family Medicine
Active DEA registration and Illinois Controlled Substance License
EMR proficiency (Epic preferred); strong documentation and organizational skills
Minimum 3 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered, community-focused care
