We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Director to lead our financial planning, analysis, and operational finance functions. The ideal candidate brings deep financial acumen, a proven track record in non-healthcare industries, and exceptional leadership capabilities. You will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, managing risk, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability.

• Lead the financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

• Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.

• Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis and projections.

• Oversee financial operations including cash flow, investments, internal controls, and compliance.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.

• Partner with business units to drive operational efficiencies and cost management.

• Lead annual audits, tax planning, and external reporting requirements.

• Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to improve data-driven decision-making.

• Guide the organization through M&A, capital investment, or divestiture activities if needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in a non-healthcare industry.

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and influence across functions.

• Strong understanding of financial regulations, risk management, and corporate governance.

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
