Immunization Support RN Compensation

• Pay rate: $59.76 per hour

• Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• 401(k) with a company match available for full-time employees after 1 year of service

Immunization Support RN Highlights

Immunization Support RN Responsibilities

• Administer vaccines (flu, COVID-19, MMR, and others) in a retail pharmacy setting

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care

• Collaborate with support staff and maintain a team-oriented atmosphere

• Adapt to a dynamic community healthcare setting and promote health outcomes

• Uphold company standards and values through professional and empathetic interactions

Immunization Support RN Requirements

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Minnesota

• At least 1 year of nursing experience, including immunizations

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

• Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties list

• Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in community or retail healthcare

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to lead with empathy and adapt to change
