Job Title: 3rd Shift Production Supervisor

Pay Rate: $29–$31/hr (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM–5:00 AM + 2 Saturdays/month

About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven Production Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift operations in a high-speed manufacturing environment. You'll play a vital role in ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule—while maintaining top quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, direct, and support production teams to meet daily goals and output targets

• Train, coach, and evaluate team members, promoting accountability and growth

• Manage daily workflow by organizing labor and equipment to meet production demands

• Monitor operations to ensure consistent quality and process efficiency

• Work cross-functionally with departments like QA, maintenance, and logistics to address production issues

• Maintain compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory standards

• Use data and KPIs to drive improvements and reduce downtime

• Conduct equipment and product inspections to ensure quality specifications are met

• Quickly address and correct any production issues or non-conformances

• Reinforce and model a strong culture of workplace safety

• Conduct and support safety training; report and investigate any incidents or near-misses

• Keep detailed and accurate records for team attendance, productivity, and shift performance

• Prepare and share shift reports with management, including key outcomes and improvement opportunities

• Take part in production planning to align daily efforts with long-term goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or food production setting

• Comfortable managing teams in a high-output, deadline-driven environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

• Proficient with production software and Microsoft Office tools

• Knowledge of GMPs and ability to enforce them consistently

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma is a plus

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and use hands throughout the shift

• May need to kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach during specific tasks

• Requires vision capabilities including close/distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

• Regularly lift/move items up to 50 lbs
