We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a passion for building relationships and solving customer challenges in the environmental industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding an established client portfolio across the Greater Boston area and throughout New England. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership, providing an excellent opportunity for career growth in a company known for its stability and customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and grow existing client relationships through consistent, solution-focused engagement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the environmental services industry, with a strong focus on value creation and customer service.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through effective territory planning, prospecting, and follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, especially Operations, to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client communications, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
- Background in Environmental Services, Waste Management, Water Treatment, or Industrial Services is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard business tools (Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout New England.

Compensation
- Base salary plus commission
