Worth Finance Corporation is seeking an outgoing and courteous Bilingual Collections Specialist to join our highly energetic and amazing team. We are currently growing our in-house collections department due to unprecedented growth and success. This position is all about service and satisfaction and you’ll get to interact with both current and potential customers on a daily basis. No Late Nights or Weekends!!

Minimum qualifications

• Must have 1-2 Years of Collections Experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Education
• Good Communication Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Work Ethic
• Great Attendance
• Ability to build rapport with customers

• Account Management
• First Party Collections
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
