We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Specialist to provide temporary support during a maternity leave. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations and supporting internal teams with reporting and administrative tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and reports using Excel
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and internal communications
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and assist with scheduling
  • Track and reconcile expenses, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Support data entry, document control, and administrative workflows
  • Communicate with internal departments and external vendors as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure business continuity

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Advanced Excel skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
