Job Details

We are looking for a dependable, customer-service oriented individual to oversee shifts of CSRs at our busy convenience store.

Responsibilities will include:

Supervising two-three cashiers/stockers/line cooks and helping to reduce customer wait time
Generating end-of-day reports and closing the business for the day
Handling a suite of customer services: bill payment, wire transfers, U-Haul rentals, and check-cashing
Resolving customer complaints and issues
Taking inventory and generating a weekly order to replenish stock

Qualifications for this position:

At least three years' previous experience in C-Stores, retail, and/or customer service
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written; fluency in Spanish preferred
Must be available to work most major holidays, with holiday pay
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, ability to demonstrate good judgment whilst decision-making
Mathematical reconciliation skills in cash drawer creation and closing
TABC and Food Manager's certifications

Applicant must understand that a SC must be able to perform every job duty of CSRs beneath them and as such will spend an appropriate amount of time learning those facets of the business before being officially promoted to Shift Coordinator.
