Job Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Pivot Point Home Care, you will:

Provide skilled nursing care to clients at home
Complete medical history reviews and home safety checks
Work with doctors and healthcare teams to plan care
Keep accurate clinical notes and reports
Help clients with daily living activities
Respond to changes in a client’s condition
Ensure that all RN duties are performed in compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts (in good standing)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
At least 1 year of RN experience (home care experience preferred)
Current CPR certification
Strong communication skills
Ability to work alone and in a team
Able to pass a background check
