Job Description

We are seeking a Physician's Assistant to join our team! You will provide healthcare services, under the supervision of a physician. 

Responsibilities:

  • Administer injections, immunizations and other medical procedures 
  • Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
  • Work with Primary Care and Mental Health Programs to provide services to clients and patients. 
  • Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients
  • Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
  • Develop and implement patient management plans
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment 

Qualifications:

  • Licensed and active as a Physician's Assistant  in the State of Ohio
  • Minimum of one (1) year delivering primary care services, preferably in a community health setting
  • CPR (BLS) (Provided at hire)
  • De-escalation (NVCI Provided at hire)
