Job Description

We are seeking a Physician's Assistant to join our team! You will provide healthcare services, under the supervision of a physician.

Responsibilities:

Administer injections, immunizations and other medical procedures
Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
Work with Primary Care and Mental Health Programs to provide services to clients and patients.
Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients
Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
Develop and implement patient management plans
Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

Licensed and active as a Physician's Assistant in the State of Ohio
Minimum of one (1) year delivering primary care services, preferably in a community health setting
CPR (BLS) (Provided at hire)
De-escalation (NVCI Provided at hire)
