Job Description

Qualified Maintenance and Construction is a service company that handles retail commercial facility maintenance with its home office in New Braunfels, Texas. We service New Braunfels, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Corpus Christi, Victoria and all surrounding areas. Shift:

Night shift (approx. 8 PM – 4 AM)

Full-time & part-time options

What You’ll Do:

Perform general repairs (light plumbing, electrical, drywall, doors, etc.)

Maintain commercial properties overnight

Respond to urgent maintenance needs

What You Need:

Experience in general handyman or facility maintenance

Reliable transportation & tools

Ability to work independently

Must pass background & drug screening

We are currently searching for a building maintenance technician in our Austin/New Braunfels/San Antonio area office. This individual should possess excellent organizational skills and problem solving abilities.

Qualified candidates must also have their own tools and truck.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Carpentry

· Painting

· Concrete work

· Replacing ceiling tiles

· Ceramic tile

· Sheetrock

· General handyman work

EDUCATION

• High school or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years’ experience required
