CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a chef-driven, rapidly expanding restaurant group to hire a Restaurant Manager for a direct-hire opportunity in Nashville, TN!

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience (fast-casual or full-service)
• Background in scratch kitchens or high-volume environments
• Passion for food, people development, and operational excellence
• Food Handler and Alcohol Server certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Flexible and able to work nights/weekends as part of a rotating leadership schedule

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $60k-$70k base salary (BOE) + bonus
• Type: Direct hire, full time
• Location: Nashville, TN
• Schedule: 5-day work week (rotating schedule)
