Key Responsibilities of a B2B Sales Representative:
- Train directly with business development and sales leaders to gain extensive knowledge of client campaigns, products, and services.
- Apply marketing strategies and sales fundamentals learned through training to real-life scenarios to grow the consumer base and increase client revenue.
- Build rapport with potential customers in person through professional, empathetic, and captivating communication.
- Assess customer needs and provide solutions that benefit them, leading to higher quality service and improved profit margins.
- Implement action plans to assist clients in acquiring new customers by consistently meeting and exceeding daily sales targets and weekly team goals.
- Collaborate with business management trainees and development managers to innovate sales and marketing tactics and optimize organizational structure.
- Under full supervision and guidance, develop leadership characteristics in marketing and sales to successfully manage a team of 4-5 individuals long-term.

- Experience: 0 - 2 years of experience in Business Management/Development, Sales, Account Management, Client Relations, or Customer Service.
