Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and fabrication, with the ability to work with various materials and tools. This role involves cutting, polishing, and installing countertops to meet high-quality standards while ensuring safety and efficiency in all tasks.

Duties

• Cut and fabricate stone countertops
• Perform caulking to enhance project durability and aesthetics.
• Assist with moving countertop pieces with care
• Drive forklift to move slabs
• Drill holes for cutouts and polish
• Use bridge saw to cut slabs
• Follow layouts to ensure accurate measurements
• Inspect slabs for flaws that can inhibit fabrication
• Seal natural stone countertops
• Remove old countertops for customers without damaging cabinets

Experience

• Proven experience in fabrication or a related field is essential.
• Familiarity with caulking, silicone application, epoxy, mounting sinks, and installing countertops for kitchen and bath.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Must have at least 4 years countertop fabrication experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
