We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I for a 3rd shift position with a major motorcycle manufacturer in York, PA.

This role pays $38.00/HR plus time and a half for OT

Description:

Provides technical support for a variety of welding processes, metal fabrication processes, and manufacturing equipment. Enhances welding and fabrication processes by assuring that parts or assemblies are processed and tooled to meet optimum quality, quantity, and cost requirements. Interfaces with work groups, quality, product engineering and manufacturing support services. Addresses daily equipment, quality, and throughput issues. Develops cost reduction programs through manufacturing efficiency improvements, schedule attainment and first run capacity.

Shift Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30PM-6AM
o Possibility of early OT during the week, and required weekend OT
o Required weekly meetings that are outside work hours (Mandatory staff meeting on Wednesdays until 7:15 AM).
