Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Campaign Execution:

   • Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
   • Coordinate content creation, promotional materials, and advertisements to align with brand guidelines.

2. Social Media & Content Management:

   • Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and track engagement metrics.
   • Assist in developing blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing content.

3. Event Coordination & Promotion:

   • Support the planning and execution of webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
   • Manage event logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups.

4. Email Marketing & Lead Generation:

   • Assist in creating and managing email campaigns, including list segmentation and performance tracking.
   • Coordinate lead nurturing efforts and CRM data management.

5. Market Research & Analysis:

   • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new marketing opportunities.
   • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize marketing efforts.

6. Collaboration & Coordination:

   • Work closely with internal teams, designers, and external vendors to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
   • Support sales and business development teams with marketing materials and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with social media management, email marketing platforms, and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics) is a plus.
