Opportunity Stanislaus is assisting 3R Technology in recruiting a Warehouse Production Worker. 

3R Technology California is a growing metal and plastic shredding and recycling facility located in Riverbank, CA. We are committed to environmentally responsible material processing and are looking for hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Production Worker to assist in sorting, handling, and moving metal and plastic materials throughout our facility. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-conscious, and have experience operating a forklift.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort metal, plastic, and other materials according to type and quality

• Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials as needed

• Follow production schedules and complete daily assigned tasks

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Assist with weighing, labeling, and preparing materials for processing or shipment

• Report any damaged materials, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to a supervisor

• Follow all safety rules and company procedures

• Support general warehouse operations and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred

• Forklift experience required (valid certification is a plus)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment

• Punctual, reliable, and able to follow directions
