TRADE MARKETING SUPERVISOR

As a Trade Marketing Supervisor, you will play a key role in executing and supporting marketing initiatives across our product lines. Reporting directly to the Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supervising team members, coordinating nationwide marketing events, and ensuring effective demonstrator activations. You will contribute to the strategic execution of brand activities and provide operational and personnel support to the Trade Marketing team.

Your responsibilities will be:

Team Support

• Assist the Trade Marketing Manager in leading the Trade Marketing team, providing supervision, guidance, and performance feedback to direct reports.
• Monitor workload distribution and provide coaching to ensure team efficiency and professional growth.

Trade & Event Marketing

• Plan and oversee execution of trade shows and grassroots events nationwide, including obtaining brand approvals and delivering post-event reports.
• Ensure timely delivery of demo materials (kits, samples, premiums) for all activations to maximize consumer engagement.

Demonstrator Program Management

• Supervise demonstrator activities, including scheduling, training coordination, and quality control at point of sale.
• Develop and maintain an activation support calendar by brand and territory; provide detailed supervision and reporting for each event.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for demonstrators to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
• Evaluate demonstrators training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Brand Execution & Sales Support

• Coordinate in-store initiatives and brand activations in collaboration with the Sales, Brand, and Field teams.
• Ensure consistent distribution of Point of Purchase (POP) materials and brand collateral across markets.
• Provide insights and recommendations on activation strategies per brand and region to maximize ROI.

Reporting & Evaluation

• Ensure effective post-activation evaluations, including field activity reports and payment control for demonstrator services.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.

You should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand activation, or retail marketing, preferably including team supervision.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing/project management tools is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed (trade shows, in-store visits, team meetings).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Physical demands
