What You’ll Do

As a Home Comfort Design/Sales Associate, you won’t be stuck behind a desk. You'll visit customer homes, assess their HVAC needs, and craft tailored solutions. You’ll turn conversations into comfort—and comfort into commissions .

Expect to:

• Go on 2–3 home visits per day (yes, sometimes weekends or evenings)
• Follow up with potential clients and attend local events
• Provide white-glove customer service from intro to install
• Learn our systems through 100% provided training
• Earn while you grow—both professionally and financially

What We’re Looking For

• Self-starters with great energy and a bias for action
• Stellar communicators with a polished, professional vibe
• Tech-savvy folks who love solving problems and staying organized
• HVAC background? That’s a plus—but not required!
• Valid driver's license required
