We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead a high-volume quick-service restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
Manage scheduling, labor costs, food costs, and inventory control to meet financial goals.
Analyze sales and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations including health and safety standards.
Drive guest satisfaction through consistent execution of brand standards and prompt issue resolution.
Ensure proper staffing levels and oversee all hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Collaborate with district or area management to implement company initiatives and promotions.
Qualifications:
3+ years of management experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets, drive sales, and meet profitability targets.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
