We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead a high-volume quick-service restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.

  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.

  • Manage scheduling, labor costs, food costs, and inventory control to meet financial goals.

  • Analyze sales and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations including health and safety standards.

  • Drive guest satisfaction through consistent execution of brand standards and prompt issue resolution.

  • Ensure proper staffing levels and oversee all hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies.

  • Collaborate with district or area management to implement company initiatives and promotions.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of management experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, drive sales, and meet profitability targets.

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
