Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the QA/QC department in ensuring that our processes, and systems meet internal and external quality standards. You’ll play a key part in conducting audits, maintaining documentation, supporting compliance efforts, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting departmental audits and help track deficiencies and corrective actions.

• Maintain records and documentation to ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and industry standards.

• Support the creation and execution of QA processes, reports, and training materials.

• Monitor post-implementation results to ensure issues are resolved and improvements are sustained.

• Participate in the development and delivery of systems compliance training.

• Help prepare technical documentation, evaluation reports, and quality summaries.

• Assist in identifying discrepancies between standards and operations; suggest improvements.

• Support compatibility testing, data gathering, and analysis for QA metrics and business cases.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure continuous improvement of QA practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a QA/QC or administrative support role (internship experience accepted).

• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and documentation best practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with QA software or systems (e.g., Trapeze) is a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.

• Able to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement attitude.
