Rebel Convenience Stores is seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Loss Prevention Manager to lead the safety and asset protection efforts across our Alaska market. You’ll be at the forefront of minimizing risk, managing regional security operations, and training teams across multiple locations. This role offers a high level of autonomy, a strong leadership track, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on our stores and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Regional LP Operations

Oversee daily loss prevention operations and manage a team of Loss Prevention Technicians across Alaska.

• Loss Prevention Strategy

Develop and implement regional strategies to reduce theft, shrink, and operational risk.

• Surveillance & Technology Oversight

Manage CCTV, intrusion alarms, EAS, and other security systems across all assigned stores.

• Internal Audit Program

Create and execute internal LP audits and assessments to identify risk and educate teams.

• Investigations & Legal Support

Conduct internal and external investigations into theft, fraud, and misconduct; coordinate with law enforcement and legal teams as needed.

• Collaboration Across Departments

Partner with Human Resources, Operations, and Legal to support compliance, investigations, and training efforts.

• Hiring & Training

Recruit, develop, and mentor LP personnel. Provide ongoing training to store leadership and employees on safety and loss prevention best practices.

• Safety & Compliance

Conduct site visits, safety assessments, and ensure company-wide adherence to physical security protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

• 3–5 years of experience in Loss Prevention
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of LP technology (CCTV, alarms, EAS, etc.)
• Experience conducting investigations and collaborating with law enforcement
• Solid understanding of retail security protocols and shrink reduction strategies
• Intermediate skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to travel regularly across the region
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends when necessary

Preferred:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Security Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
• Military or law enforcement background
• Prior experience managing LP in a multi-site retail environment
• Familiarity with convenience store operations

Position Location:
This is a field-based role supporting all Rebel stores in the Alaska market. Must reside in or near the Anchorage or Fairbanks area and be available for local travel.
