Project Manager – Construction/Manufacturing (Lighting)
Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $26-$30/hr 
Schedule: Full-Time | [Optional: Temp-to-Hire] | Onsite

We’re looking for a proactive, organized Project Manager to oversee job coordination from start to finish in a fast-paced environment. If you thrive on multitasking, enjoy problem-solving, and have strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Manage all aspects of projects from planning through final delivery

• Print project plans and create/maintain Specification Books

• Handle purchasing, expediting, and material releases

• Coordinate with sales, customers, manufacturers, and warehouse

• Schedule and track shipments to job sites and warehouses

• Generate billing, change orders, and documentation

• Communicate with job site superintendents and internal teams

• Organize and maintain job books and track returns

What You’ll Need:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Clear and professional communication—both written and verbal

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Ability to work closely with customers and cross-functional teams

• Basic typing/data entry skills

• Prior project or construction coordination experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly lift/move up to 20 lbs

• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
