Immediately hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist for a permanent, full-time opportunity. Company is a well-recognized brand in the consumer goods industry with over $250m in annual revenue. Responsibilities:

• Keep track of credits owed to the company and ensure all credits are properly applied to vendor payments
• Assist in processing vendor invoices.
• Assist in processing disbursements (wire and check).
• Initiate internal transfers and outbound electronic payments on banking portals.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of AP experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Knowledge of ERP systems a plus
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of meeting deadlines while being attentive to detail
