Job Description

We are looking for a Program Manager that has extensive knowledge within Calibration. The Program Manager will lead, management and report-out of Calibration Activities (Project management) on several Propulsion Systems Programs. This role is in Auburn Hills Michigan and will require the Program Manager to work a hybrid schedule which will include 70% onsite.
Requirements:

BS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive)
Self-Starter
Ability to lead cross functional teams
Ability to set stretch goals, create/sustain energy, and drive results
Drives change where necessary to bring projects to fruition
Ability to communicate effectively to senior management
Demonstrate strong business acumen and results orientation
Exhibit strong intellect, sound judgment and strategic thinking
Supports and promotes team above self interest
Process oriented
Strong computer skills (including PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project)

Additional Must Haves:

BS in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive)
Strong Program Management skills
Experience with automotive OEM or supplier with relevant expertise described above (under Job requirements)
3-5 years of experience
Location: Auburn Hills – Minimum 70% onsite / 30% remote
No Driving is required
