Position Overview:
Zebra Health is seeking licensed therapists fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese to provide mental health services to individuals and families in need. This role focuses on delivering culturally responsive therapy to diverse populations, including children, youth, adults, and seniors. Therapists will work remotely via telehealth to see patients based in Illinois, with licensing support available for out-of-state professionals. We are also open to hiring interns and providing clinical supervision for those working toward licensure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples via telehealth or in-person (based on your practice specialization and competency).
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Deliver therapy that is culturally and linguistically appropriate for Mandarin- and/or Cantonese-speaking clients.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and documentation standards through EHR.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care when necessary.
Qualifications:
• Required: Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
• Required: Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Required: Active licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent) or eligibility for licensure in Illinois (licensing support provided).
• Open to interns seeking clinical supervision.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
