• Conduct campaign research and track trends in donor behavior, giving patterns, and nonprofit development

• Support marketing rollout and event logistics, ensuring materials, timelines, and execution align with campaign goals

• Foster strong donor relationships through in-person conversations and follow-up communication strategies

• Strong verbal communicator with a friendly, donor-first mindset

• Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Passionate about social causes, community building, and nonprofit outreach

• Flexible schedule with availability for some evenings and weekends

• Experience in fundraising, customer service, event work, or volunteerism is a plus—but not required
