About the Role:

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Epoxy Production Technician to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in the production of high-performance epoxy coatings used in industrial and commercial applications. You’ll be responsible for mixing, blending, and processing raw materials according to precise formulations.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Measure, mix, and blend raw materials according to batch sheets and specifications

·         Operate mixing equipment, pumps, scales, and related production machinery

·         Monitor batch quality, viscosity, and curing characteristics throughout production

·         Follow all safety protocols when handling chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE)

·         Label, package, and prepare finished epoxy products for shipping or storage

·         Maintain accurate production logs and documentation

·         Assist with inventory control of raw materials and finished goods

·         Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas

·         Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors

Requirements:

·         Prior experience in a manufacturing or chemical production environment preferred

·         Ability to follow instructions, safety protocols, and technical recipes with precision

·         Comfortable working with chemicals, including use of PPE

·         Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

·         Basic math and reading comprehension skills

·         High school diploma or GED required

·         Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
