Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage daily service needs for commercial lines accounts, including endorsements, certificates of insurance, renewals, and quoting new business.
• Handle claims, audits, policy financing, and client communications.
• Collaborate with producers to ensure seamless client service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Licensed insurance professional (P&C license required) with 1+ years of relevant industry experience and increasing responsibility.
• Proficient in insurance terminology and knowledgeable about the functions of a broker.
• Experienced across various lines of Business Insurance.
• Highly organized and capable of prioritizing tasks and solving problems logically.
• Excellent communicator with strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Team player who works well alongside producers to ensure seamless client service.
