• Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of live charity and fundraising events

• Represent nonprofit partners with energy, professionalism, and integrity

• Answer questions, distribute materials, and encourage event participation, sign-ups, or donations

• Track attendee interactions and collect feedback for event performance reporting

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event operations

• Passionate about helping others and committed to supporting meaningful causes

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable in public-facing roles

• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in fast-paced event environments

• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus—but not required
