You must have experience in Quality Control manufacturing a product. Not from the food industry, pharmaceuticals or chemical.  These are metal parts with specific applications.

This position requires someone to be able to work overtime when our busy times happen. You would be testing and inspecting products at various stages of production process. Compile and evaluate data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.

Job requirements:

MS Word, Excel, Outlook and familiar with manufacturing ERP systems. Must be able to read machine dial gauges, blueprints, and precision measuring instruments (Calipers, Micrometers) used in the inspection of parts. This is a large manufacturing environment, you will be exposed to high levels of noise, exposed to oils and cutting fluids.

You would be selecting products for tests at specified stages in production process. Test would include variety of qualities, such as dimensions, performance and mechanical, electrical or chemical characteristics. Record test data per inspection plan. Maintain and analyzes inspection data in SPC software. Set-up, develop/program and run CMM, Keyence and OGP programs on new launches, existing production, prototypes, tooling and other items as directed.
