Bilingual Settlement Specialist
Location: Reyes Browne Reilley Law Firm, Dallas, TX
We are seeking an energetic, bilingual (English & Spanish) Settlement Specialist to join our dynamic Accounting Team. The ideal candidate will be a people-oriented individual with a positive attitude and exceptional phone skills. Strong multitasking abilities are highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Settlements Disbursement: Manage the entire disbursement process for client settlements.
- Provide bi-weekly updates to clients on the settlement process; some clients may require weekly updates.
- Reconcile client disbursement statements working with the Reductions team to ensure all medical bills are properly accounted for.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to review and finalize their settlements, obtain signatures on releases, and disburse settlement funds.
- Mail provider checks post-disbursement and ensure all documents are properly filed.
- Note status updates on cases to ensure the team is informed about the stage of each matter and any outstanding needs.
- Close cases, ensuring all payments are completed and documented.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Accounting Team with various tasks, including data entry, scanning, filing, and other duties as assigned.

Education:
- High School diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
