We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Head of Finance, Growth & Strategy to lead financial operations, forecasting, strategic growth planning, and data-driven decision-making across the company. This role combines the rigor of financial management with the creativity and foresight of business development, acting as a key partner to the executive team.

This role is ideal for a hands-on self motivated leaders joining a startup health and wellness company

• Oversee all accounting operations including budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow, and compliance.
• Oversee AP / AR
• Track key metrics (e.g. CAC, LTV, burn rate, runway, ROI) to inform business performance and investment decisions.
• Lead scenario planning and risk analysis to guide executive decision-making
