The Staff Engineer will be working out of our HQ office in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Job Overview:

Join a leading consulting firm specializing in Construction Materials Testing & Inspection. As a Staff Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of construction materials through comprehensive testing and inspection services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review materials test reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine testing requirements.
• Review and distribute field and lab reports to clients.
• Develop and implement Quality Control Plans for various disciplines.
• Assist Project Managers in overseeing project deliverables and timelines.
• Support field staff with project-related issues.
• Conduct project research, prepare designs, calculations, and reports.
• Contribute to proposal preparation and project tracking efforts.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of commonly used engineering concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience with Pavement Design and Laboratory Testing.
• EIT/FE Certification preferred but not required.
