Job Description:
White Glove Mastercare Home Services is hiring experienced Mobile Auto Mechanics to provide on-site diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services for luxury and standard vehicles. This is a flexible, commission-based role ideal for professionals with dealership experience who take pride in quality, customer satisfaction, and independent work.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer locations to inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles (brakes, suspension, engine, electrical, etc.)

• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, etc.

• Use mobile diagnostic tools and equipment to assess issues accurately

• Ensure a professional and respectful customer service experience, especially with high-end clients

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper waste disposal

• Communicate recommendations for repairs and obtain customer approval before proceeding

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience working in a dealership or certified repair center

• Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems and diagnostics

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Must Have a vehicle

• Ability to work independently with professionalism and integrity

• Strong communication and time management skills

Preferred:

• ASE certification(s) or other manufacturer/dealership training credentials

• Experience with luxury or high-performance vehicles
