• Assist in managing swim instructors, trainers, and deck supervisors

• Support the execution of all aquatic programs

• Maintain safety standards and enforce company policies

• Occasionally travel to nearby locations as needed for business needs

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a management role with direct leadership responsibilities
  

• Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and WSI certifications preferred

• Strong organizational skills

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Must be available at least 2 weekday shifts until 9:00 PM and 1 weekend shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
