What You’ll Do

• Perform high-quality maintenance services: oil changes, filter replacements, fluid top-offs, and more on multiple makes and models.

• Act as a role model for other technicians through professionalism, punctuality, and skill.

• Support and guide junior team members.

• Step into leadership roles when needed.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shop environment.

• Complete required training and learning plans via Rally Point.

• Communicate clearly with both teammates and customers.

• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and safely work in a shallow 3-foot pit.
