Now Hiring for Manufacturing Line Workers in Rogers, MN

4x4 Schedule 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am (position will rotate from days for 2 weeks to nights for 2 weeks)

Line Operators work at various stations of the production line to ensure there is continuous 24/7 production to assemble Photovoltaic Modules in a clean, fast-paced modern manufacturing facility

Job Duties include but not limited to:

• Maintain a clean safe work environment, including keeping the work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Feed raw materials to semi-automated machines.
• Perform quality and testing procedures based on a set criterion at every stage of the production line.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Manufacturing setting
• Must be able to perform repetitive motion tasks for extended periods of time
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to tolerate an assembly line environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Capable of understanding and following oral and written instructions.
• Troubleshooting skills
• Maintain production and quality standards
• Ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires standing for long periods of time
• Computer experience is considered an asse
