The Service Technician for Residential and Commercial Water Softener and Treatment Equipment is a full-time role focused on servicing and diagnosing various water treatment systems. The position requires a dedicated and reliable individual who can work effectively within a team. The technician will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, and repairing water softener systems and related equipment, ensuring high-quality service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Service and diagnose water softener systems and treatment equipment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Install and repair reverse osmosis systems, dechlorinates, and UV lights.
• Understand and address abnormal water conditions, including tannins, sulfides, and metals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and self-motivation in daily tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in diagnosing and repairing water softener systems.
• Valid Indiana Driver's License.
• Ability to understand and manage various water conditions.
